The grids are hinged for easy access, making it simple to add charcoal, refill water pans, and introduce smoking wood. For precise heat control, the Smoke Stack Chimney provides protection from strong winds and rain. The Vortex heat management system improves convection for superior grilling and smoking results, while the stainless steel extension ring is rotisserie ready with doors to cover the spit rod ports. Temperature probes can be easily inserted through the integrated doors, ensuring perfect cooking every time. The porcelain-coated steel body is highly durable, and the offset hinged lid allows for access to the entire cooking surface.
