A drink so rich, it could double as dessert. Smoked nutmeg, pumpkin puree, smoked syrup and a little bourbon makes for the perfect cold weather pour.

INGREDIENTS

For The Recipe:
4Whole nutmeg
8 Ounce
Michter’s Bourbon
6 Teaspoon
Pumpkin puree
2 OunceTraeger Smoked Simple Syrup
4Large eggs

DIRECTIONS

  • Smoked nutmeg: When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.
  • Place whole nutmeg on a sheet tray and place in the grill. Smoke 1 hour. Remove from grill and let cool.
  • Add everything to a shaker and shake without ice. Add ice, then shake and strain into a chilled highball glass.
  • Garnish with grated, smoked nutmeg. Enjoy!
