BATTER UP COCKTAIL

A drink so rich, it could double as dessert. Smoked nutmeg, pumpkin puree, smoked syrup and a little bourbon makes for the perfect cold weather pour.
|For The Recipe:|
|8 Ounce||Michter’s Bourbon|
|6 Teaspoon||Pumpkin puree|
|2 Ounce||Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup|
- Smoked nutmeg: When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.
- Place whole nutmeg on a sheet tray and place in the grill. Smoke 1 hour. Remove from grill and let cool.
- Add everything to a shaker and shake without ice. Add ice, then shake and strain into a chilled highball glass.
- Garnish with grated, smoked nutmeg. Enjoy!
