ALARMS & ALERTS - Set alarms for desired cook time and internal meat temp. Receive text alerts if cook temp is too high or low, or when cook is finished.

Important: With all Controllers, the probes are considered consumables.....they won't last forever. We recommend you keep an extra set of probes handy to keep you up and running. Nothing worse than setting up to do an overnight cook and find a probe finally gave out.
