🌺🔥 Aloha, foodie fam! Today, we’re firing up the Napoleon Rogue to bring a little sunshine to your plate with these Hawaiian Chicken Skewers! 🌞🍍 It may still be winter, but one bite of these juicy, smoky, and oh-so-colorful skewers will have you dreaming of spring! 🌸 The best part? This is the perfect Family Day recipe—let the kiddos get hands-on by layering the skewers with sweet pineapple, bell peppers, and tender marinated chicken. Not only are they fun to make, but they’ll also have your little grill masters excited to help with the barbecue! 🍢💛 Let’s get barbecuing and bring those tropical vibes home! Who’s in?! 🙌

1. In a small saucepan, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, pepper, salt, water, and cornstarch.

2. Bring the brown sugar mixture to a boil and simmer for around 1 to 3 minutes until the mixture just starts to thicken. Remove from heat and reserve 1/4 cup of the sauce for glazing.

3. Marinate the chicken in the sauce in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

4. Thread the chicken on metal skewers along with the peppers and pineapple.

5. BBQ for 8-10 minutes until the meat is thoroughly cooked. Remove from the barbecue and baste with reserved sauce. Garnish with green onions if desired.

Enjoy and remember, you got this!
