• Follow assembly and sub-assembly directions as documented by supplied manuals.

Shipping & Receiving Associate Responsibilities:
• Receiving, processing, labelling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Preparing orders for shipment.
• Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operating stock management tools; for example, a forklift.
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
Shipping & Receiving Associate Requirements:
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• No criminal record.
• If not a Canadian citizen, or permanent resident, must have a Valid Work Visa.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, perform repetitively and perform very physically demanding tasks with minimal supervision.

We work in a fast-paced environment that involves constant interaction with customers, delivering friendly and courteous service while explaining product benefits and fulfilling customer needs.
As a Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSR) you will be responsible for:
• Being the Company’s ambassador of Customer Service and effectively responding to and resolving questions and/or concerns through multiple channels (email, chat, and telephone).
• Tracking, recording, and prioritizing customers support issues based on urgency and impact.
• Working with Management as necessary to expedite resolutions of important customer-impacting issues.
• Managing the order process including inventory allocations, order confirmations, advance shipping notices, returns, etc.
• Communicate with the warehouse team regarding any order discrepancies, missing items, shipping, and inventory issues.
• Being the front line identifying fraud attempts and taking preventative actions to safeguard the business.
• Handling all customer inquiries/concerns/issues with courtesy and professionalism.
