Parcel Packages
Orders over $100 require a signature on delivery. This protects your purchase from theft and helps ensure it arrives safely and in good condition.

Ottawa & Gatineau: Choose regular parcel delivery or Trexity same-day/next-day local delivery, available on orders that meet weight and size requirements. With Trexity, your order goes straight from our Ottawa warehouse to your door, with real-time tracking. It’s fast, reliable and eco-friendly, and it keeps delivery dollars in our community.
- Across Canada: Parcel orders ship at real-time carrier rates, calculated from your order’s weight and dimensions.
Large or Heavy Items
***An adult must be present at the time of freight delivery to inspect and sign.
- Ottawa & Gatineau: Large and heavy items are delivered by our own local delivery team. Real-time tracking lets you follow our truck right to your door. Want it assembled? Choose White Glove Delivery & Assembly at checkout. This service is available within our Ottawa and Gatineau local delivery zone.
- Across Canada: Shipping is calculated at checkout using real-time carrier rates, based on your order’s weight and dimensions.
Every Freight Delivery Includes:

What to Expect When You Order
- In-stock items ship quickly: 1–4 business days.
- Tracking included: You’ll receive email updates once your order leaves our warehouse.
- Call-Ahead Appointment: When your shipment reaches the local terminal, the freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery time.
Delivery Inspection Checklist
Your BBQ is an important purchase—please inspect carefully upon delivery before signature:
- Count pieces. Ensure boxes/pallets match your receipt.
- Look for damage. Check the exterior and report any visibly damaged boxes immediately.
- Refuse or report issues. Note damage on the receipt or refuse the shipment, then call us immediately.
- Concealed damage. Report within 72 hours.
- Signature = Acceptance. Signing the proof of delivery without noting any damage confirms you received your order in good condition.

- Elsewhere in Canada: Combine with BBQ or pallet orders—or split pallets with friends for better value.
Address Accuracy & Missed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout and again on your order confirmation email.
- BBQing.com is not responsible for returns caused by address errors, vacancy, or inaccessibility.
- Return or re-shipping fees may apply to orders returned for these reasons.
- Freight deliveries require the carrier to reach you and schedule an appointment; missed appointments may incur delivery, restocking, or return processing fees.
- If you need to correct your address after an order has shipped, carrier correction fees may apply and are non-refundable.
Special Circumstances
Some deliveries need extra planning or services and may incur additional charges, including deliveries to:
- Remote islands
- Cottages or lake homes
- Seasonal roads (gravel or snow-covered)
