We started several decades ago with bricks and mortar locations in Ottawa, Ontario (Capital BBQ) and Hamilton, Ontario (Chadwick’s and Hacks). We have extensive knowledge and experience selling and servicing most barbecue and smoker brands.
We are very selective about the brands we sell and many other brands on the market. Every brand we carry goes through a rigorous testing process in our indoor grilling kitchen. This way we become very intimate with the product.
If the brand fails to meet our expectation, does not offer replacement parts, or the management behind these brands lacks customer service or ethical practices, we will not sell this brand in our stores or online.
We're also here to help with financing assistance. At Capital BBQ, we welcome residents of the National Capital Region (Ottawa, Ontario & Gatineau, Quebec) to come in-store and review our financing options available. We also having financing options available for online orders too!
