What are Mont Alpi outdoor kitchen islands made of?

304 marine-grade stainless steel construction throughout, paired with granite countertops. Stainless steel is corrosion- and rust-resistant, durable in outdoor conditions, and easy to clean. The Black Series uses black stainless steel for a premium aesthetic.

What's the difference between the four series?
  • Original Series: The flagship 805 (94" wide) 6-burner stainless steel island with infrared side burner and infrared rear burner. The classic, no-frills version of the lineup.
  • Deluxe Series: Builds on the 805 with waterfall granite that extends down the sides for easier cleaning and a more luxurious look. Available in 4- or 6-burner configurations, with optional refrigerator, beverage center, side burner, kegerator, kamado module, and L-shaped layouts.
  • Black Series: Same premium feature set as the Deluxe, finished in black stainless steel for a bolder, modern look. Includes heavy-duty rotisserie kit, full-size weather cover, and matching granite chopping board.
  • Compact Series (957): A 70" wide × 24" deep, 6-foot island with a 32" 4-burner grill (87,000 BTU), infrared rear/rotisserie burner, and optional compact refrigerator. Available in stainless or black stainless. Designed for smaller patios, decks, and balconies.
What's included with every Mont Alpi island?

Electronic ignition, removable grease trays, granite countertop, LED knob lights (red when on, blue when off), bright internal cooking lights, full-size weather cover, propane hose and regulator, and storage cabinets. Deluxe and Black Series also include a heavy-duty rotisserie kit and a matching granite chopping board.

How customizable is a Mont Alpi outdoor kitchen?

The Deluxe and Black Series are highly modular — you can add a refrigerator module, beverage center with sink, kegerator, kamado grill module, corner fridge module, extra storage cabinets, drawer modules, or build L-shaped and 45°/90° corner configurations. The Compact Series is a fixed prefab island and is not designed to mix with other Mont Alpi modules.

Are countertops included?

Yes — every Mont Alpi island ships with a granite countertop. The Deluxe Series includes the signature waterfall granite design that wraps down the sides of the grill.

Does it come fully assembled?

Almost. The islands arrive nearly fully assembled — only the modular attachment of additional sections (refrigerator module, side burner, etc.) is required on-site. The Compact 957 ships as a single ready-to-use unit.

How long does setup take?

Most homeowners can have an island in place and grilling the same day. The Compact 957 is even quicker since it's a single piece.
