But what if a big box store suddenly drops their price on the same item? No problem.

We’re committed to offering you the best price, at any time. If you find a lower advertised price in Canada on the exact same product, we’ll match it. Already bought it? You’ve got 14 days to request a price match. Just make sure the competitor has the item in stock when you reach out.

How to Claim Your Price Match

Getting the best price is simple. If you find a lower advertised price from a Canadian retailer, just bring us proof. This can be an ad, a website screenshot, or a photo of the in-store signage. We will do a quick check to make sure the product is identical and in stock at the competitor’s store. If everything lines up, we will match the price on the spot. No hassle and no delays. Just the best deal so you can get back to grilling.

What Qualifies for a Price Match?

To be eligible for a price match, the product must:

Be the exact same brand, model, year, colour, size, and features
Be brand new (not refurbished, damaged, or discounted due to condition)
Be sold and shipped by an authorized Canadian retailer, within Canada
Have a publicly advertised price in Canadian dollars
Be available and in stock at the time of the request
The product cannot be a special order or back-ordered item
The product cannot be part of a private offer (e.g., verbal quotes or under-the-table deals

A Few Important Rules

We love a good deal, but even we have limits. Price matches cannot be combined with further discounts, coupons, or promotions. Clearance sales, Costco, Amazon.ca, and reseller sites do not qualify. If you are matching a non-local price, shipping fees to your area must be included. If the retailer does not ship to your location, we cannot match their price.

Our Price Match Policy

At BBQing.com, you can buy with confidence knowing that you are receiving the best price, value, and service in our market. Within 14 days of delivery. if you find the identical product and service at the same terms from an authorized Canadian dealer, just submit an online form of the lower price, and once approved we'll refund the difference.

How It Works

Receive a Processing Confirmation Email.
One of our Sales Associates will contact you within 48 hrs.
Receive your adjusted price or refund, pending it’s been approved.

Restrictions

Only products that are sold and shipped by an authorized Canadian dealer, as deemed by BBQing.com will qualify.
The product must be the same model #, brand and terms(delivery, removal service, moving service, stacking, door swing, etc.).
Product being sold at an authorized competitor, must be brand new and in original packaging.
Product must be in stock at authorized competitor.
Only one Price match per model/serial #.
Price match will only be honoured up to 14 days after date of delivery.
If multiple products were purchased on the same invoice, the price match must include all applicable products, services and terms included on the same invoice, in order to qualify for a price match.
Capital BBQ reserves the right to decline any price match request at their own discretion.
