Preheat oven to 400℉.
In a small saucepan, combine 2 tbsp. water and Sugar on heat until sugar is dissolved. Add berries and bring to a boil uncovered for 3 minutes. Add Raspberry Chipotle Sauce and let sit uncovered for 3 more minutes.
Add corn starch and water until well-combined. Bring to a boil and let the sauce become thick. Cook and stir for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
Place bottom half of cheese in a small, ungreased cast-iron skillet. Pour half the sauce over it, followed by a dust of Sweet & Savory, the top half of cheese, remaining sauce, and then a final coat of Sweet & Savory.
Bake uncovered at 400℉ until cheese is soft (about 8-10 minutes). Serve with crackers and enjoy!
