Bucket-free grease & ash removal
SmokeFire’s internal ash & grease collection system keeps ash and grease out of sight, in an easy-clean drawer.
You may not want a grease bucket hanging on the side of your grill. They can be messy, unstable, and are the perfect height for your dog to drink out of.
Sears and smokes
600° is the magic number. A wide temperature range gives you the versatility to smoke low-and-slow brisket or sear a perfect medium-rare steak.
Limited temperature range
Some pellet grills were designed for smoking but lack in the searing department. In order to grill a juicy burger or perfectly seared steak, you need a grill that quickly reaches 600°.
Porcelain-enamel withstands the harshest of elements, and helps prevent rusting, cracking, and peeling over time.
Painted steel finish
Some pellet grills have a painted steel lid and cookbox. Over time, painted steel will rust and peel.
Flavorizer bars were designed to direct heat to every inch of the cooking grate so that your entire meal cooks evenly, helping to prevent hot or cold spots.
Grease pan under the grate
Take a look under the cooking grate. Some pellet grills have a large grease pan blocking the flame; thus preventing direct heat from reaching the food, while also collecting grease and ash.
Step-by-step grilling assistance
The Weber Connect app is a first of its kind, step-by-step grilling assistant that notifies you on everything from when it’s time to flip & serve to a food readiness countdown.
The SmokeFire pellet grill does not have a chimney. A chimney pulls hot air out of the grill, preventing it from heating quickly enough for optimal grilling and searing.
