Professional Assembly & White Glove Local Delivery

At Capital BBQ (BBQing.com), we make it simple: choose delivery with or without assembly, and we’ll handle the rest.

Service Area

  • Local Delivery: 0 – 35 km driving distance from our Ottawa store

  • Local Extended Delivery: 35.01 – 65 km driving distance from our Ottawa store

We determine your eligibility & delivery zone by calculating the driving distance—via Google Maps—between Capital BBQ, 12 Grenfell Crescent, Nepean, ON K2G 0G2 (our store) and your delivery address.

Eligible Products for Assembly

We offer our BBQ Assembly service for most freestanding outdoor cooking products, including:

  • Charcoal grills

  • Charcoal smokers

  • Electric smokers

  • Gas griddles (Planchas)

  • Gas grills (Natural Gas & Propane BBQs)

  • Kamado-style grills

  • Pellet grills

  • Pizza ovens

    We assemble, test, and inspect your grill at our location before delivery.

What’s Included

1. Boxed Delivery (No Assembly)

  • Delivery Only: We transport your boxed item(s) from our truck directly to your delivery address.

2. Assembled & Delivered (With Assembly)

  • Expert Assembly and Prep at Capital BBQ: Your grill is fully assembled, tested, and inspected by our specialists at Capital BBQ before it leaves our facility.

  • Assembled Delivery: We deliver your fully assembled, ready-to-cook grill directly to your delivery address.

  • Oversized/Commercial Orders: Contact us for a quote.

How to Book Local Delivery with or without BBQ Assembly

  1. During checkout, select “Shipping” (not “Store Pickup”).

  2. Enter your shipping/delivery address—our system uses Google Maps driving distance to check if your delivery address qualifies.

  3. If you qualify, you’ll be presented with Local Delivery options (with or without Assembly) along with their corresponding fees.

  4. Complete your order.

  5. Our customer service team will reach out to arrange and schedule your delivery.

  6. At least 24 hours prior to delivery, our delivery team will call you to confirm your delivery window (AM or PM).
