This Mobile Griddle is designed to cook high volumes of product in a short period of time and is built to convert with ease into a Charbroiler for dual function use. Griddles are constructed of 5/16” cold rolled steel with stainless steel splash guards and a removable stainless steel grease tray.

The stainless-steel grill body, stainless steel gas burners and cooking grates are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship when subjected to normal domestic use and maintenance for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty excludes surface corrosion, scratches, and discoloration which may occur during normal use. Failure to perform required maintenance will void this warranty.
