Pellet freshness is crucial to maximize flavor. Fresh pellets retain the natural aromatics and oils from the wood, unlike old pellets that break down and lose their taste. Our pellets are always made fresh and promptly delivered to customers or retail distributors. We use only 100% clean, raw sources for our pellets, unlike regular heating pellets that include recycled materials and chemicals. Our pellets do not turn into dust like old or moisture-exposed pellets, which can happen with pellets from big box stores that may be up to two years old. Furthermore, our pellets for grilling do not contain any binding agents or synthetic fillers, unlike others. They are pressed at a high pressure of 10,000 pounds per square inch, using the natural lignin found in the wood protein to bind them together. Each bag weighs 40lbs.
