The occupancy monitor will turn the heater on when motion and people are present and off when no motion or people are detected, adding an additional method of efficiency to the connected Solaira heater.

1 Year Limited Warranty

All Solaira controls (SMaRT and stand alone) and accessories are warrantied against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is not applicable in the case of damage from accidental mishap, incorrect use, abuse or damage due to installation that was not expressly outlined in the instruction manuals. This warranty does not apply to damage as a result of electrical installation of specified voltage to supply that is greater than 6% of voltage specified on the nameplate.
