These Official Rules govern the Father’s Day Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) sponsored by BBQing.com (operated by Capital BBQ) (the “Company”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Company, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
Company
The Giveaway is sponsored by BBQing.com (operated by Capital BBQ), reachable at support@bbqing.com. The Company is solely responsible for administering the Giveaway. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Napoleon or any other manufacturer.
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Company and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on June 5, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on June 21, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Giveaway Period”). The Company’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway. Orders placed outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
Purchase any Napoleon grill from BBQing.com during the Giveaway Period. Each qualifying Napoleon grill purchased during the Giveaway Period automatically earns one (1) entry into the Giveaway. There is no separate entry form; your qualifying order is your entry. Orders that are cancelled, returned, or refunded prior to the draw will not be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per qualifying Napoleon grill purchased.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Napoleon Grill Kit with a total approximate retail value (ARV) of $512.91 CAD. The prize consists of the following items:

There is one (1) prize available. The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee other than any standard manufacturer’s warranty. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash equivalent or substitution will be made, except by the Company, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize values are in Canadian dollars and are accurate at the time of printing.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries (qualifying Napoleon grill purchases) received during the Giveaway Period.
Random Draw
One (1) winner will be selected in a random draw from among all eligible entries on June 22, 2026. The draw will be conducted by the Company or its designated representative.
Winner Notification & Claim
Because each entry is tied to a qualifying purchase, the Company will contact the selected entrant using the contact information associated with their qualifying BBQing.com order. The Company will make reasonable attempts to notify the selected entrant within five (5) business days of the draw. The selected entrant must confirm acceptance of the prize and provide a valid shipping address within ten (10) business days of the date the Company first sends notification. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, does not respond within that period, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the entrant forfeits the prize, and the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate entrant by random draw.
Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Company’s use of the winner’s name, city and province of residence, and statements about the Giveaway for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media, without further notice or compensation.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). General Conditions
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway, or any part of it, without prior notice, in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Company's reasonable control that compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway. By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Company and its affiliates, agents, and employees from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Company is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or for orders that fail to process.
Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
