When you purchase our White Glove Delivery & Professional Assembly, we personally deliver it assembled and polished, to your preferred location, connect it to an existing accessible gas outlet, test fire, and ensure you are set up ready to grill the moment we leave — because the moment your grill arrives should feel as exciting as the moment you bought it.

Limited Access Surcharge: Deliveries requiring complex access routes — such as rooftop terraces, condo balconies, or pathways with significant stairs — are assessed individually before a surcharge is confirmed. Our team will always discuss this with you before delivery day so there are never any surprises.

Showroom-Ready Before We Load

Your grill is fully assembled in our shop, then given a complete inspection — every surface wiped down, all screws tightened, all protective films and packaging removed. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't leave our floor.

A Professional Team Arrives

Our uniformed, Capital BBQ delivery team introduces themselves by name, confirms your preferred placement location before unloading, and uses floor protectors wherever needed to protect your home or patio.

Gas Connection & Leak Test

We'll connect your grill to your existing propane tank or natural gas fitting, perform a leak test right in front of you, and point out your gas shut-off valve — so you feel in control from the start.

First Light — Together

We fire up your grill and walk you through the ignition process so you know exactly what to expect. If anything looks off, we address it on the spot — not later.

Your Owner Tutorial

A quick, friendly walk-through of your burner controls, warming rack, grease tray, and side burners — practical, helpful, and tailored to your model.

We Leave It Perfect

Final wipe-down, all packaging removed, and your backyard left cleaner than we found it. Then we ask: "Is there anything else we can help with today?" — because we're in no rush until you're completely satisfied.

What's Included & What to Know

Gas connection is included as a standard appliance hook-up to an existing gas supply. Our team connects grills to accessible, visibly maintained propane tanks and natural gas quick-connect fittings. We do not perform gas line installation, modification, or safety certification. If a supply outlet or fitting appears damaged or unsuitable, we'll advise you and recommend a licensed gas fitter before completing the connection — your safety always comes first.

Yes — we do our best to reach your final destination. Before delivery, our team will confirm your access details (doorways, hallways, stairs, balcony dimensions) to ensure we can safely get your grill exactly where you want it. Where assembled delivery isn't feasible, we'll always communicate that in advance and recommend the right option.

Our Customer Service team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm your delivery details, review access to your final location, and set a delivery date that works for you. This call ensures everything is set up perfectly before our team arrives.

Yes — an adult (18+) must be present for all deliveries, particularly for White Glove service. This ensures you're there for the tutorial, gas connection, and first ignition so you feel confident with your new grill from day one.

Yes. We connect to existing natural gas quick-connect fittings and propane tanks as part of our White Glove service. We do not install new gas lines or modify existing plumbing — you'll need a licensed gas fitter for that. If your fitting is in good condition and accessible, we'll have you connected and tested before we leave.
