The Pellet Joe is very easy to operate, you fill it with pellets and you can simply operate it with the app on your mobile. It is also equipped with a simple rotary knob for manual operation. The Pellet Joe will automatically regulate the desired temperature for you after starting up, it is connected via WiFi so you can easily monitor it remotely or change the temperature setting.
You can load the pellet hopper with 10lbs of pellets good for 15 hours of slow cooking at 107°C or 5 hours at 343°C!
The temperature range of the Pellet Joe is 90°C to 350°C.
