Stretch out a 250g dough ball.
Top with a layer of mozzarella. If using fresh mozzarella, tear into small pieces and drain excess moisture using a mesh strainer or kitchen towels before preheating your oven.
Scatter over the rest of the cheeses, distributing them evenly.
Place them into your Gozney Dome at 840°F. Cook until the cheese has melted and the base is an even brown colour.
Remove from the Dome, serve, and enjoy!
Finish with a drizzle of honey for a little sweetness!
