Creepy, cheesy, and frightfully fun, these Haunted Pizza Skulls are the ultimate Halloween party bite. Stuffed with gooey cheese, pepperoni, and sausage, then baked to golden perfection, they’re spooky, shareable, and guaranteed to disappear fast!

Ingredients

1 (13.8-ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
6 tbsp pizza sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup cooked and crumbled Italian sausage
24 slices pepperoni, chopped

Instructions

Step 1

Set the EGG for indirect cooking with the convEGGtor at 375˚F. Spray your skull cake pan with cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2

Unroll pizza dough and press into a 15x10 tin rectangle. Cut into 6 strips. Drape each strip into the skull cavity of your pan. Fill with cheese, top with 1 tablespoon of sauce, pepperoni slices and sausage. Top with more cheese.

Step 3

Fold dough over and press seams to seal and make a pocket. Back for 18 to 20 minutes in the EGG, or until golden brown.

Step 4

Remove the baking pan from the EGG and allow to cool for at least 5 minutes. Unmold and serve with marinara sauce and chopped fresh herbs.
