Set the EGG for indirect cooking with the convEGGtor at 375˚F. Spray your skull cake pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Unroll pizza dough and press into a 15x10 tin rectangle. Cut into 6 strips. Drape each strip into the skull cavity of your pan. Fill with cheese, top with 1 tablespoon of sauce, pepperoni slices and sausage. Top with more cheese.
Fold dough over and press seams to seal and make a pocket. Back for 18 to 20 minutes in the EGG, or until golden brown.
Remove the baking pan from the EGG and allow to cool for at least 5 minutes. Unmold and serve with marinara sauce and chopped fresh herbs.
