Good To Know
Everything You Need Before You Buy
Answers to the questions we get asked most — from materials and finishes to design, installation, and climate performance.
What are Agora outdoor kitchen cabinets made of?
Marine Grade Poly (MGP), a high-performance HDPE sheet engineered for outdoor durability. It's a weatherproof material that won't absorb water, rot, fade, or warp under sun, rain, snow, or UV exposure.
Why MGP/HDPE instead of stainless steel, aluminum, or masonry?
MGP gives you the look of natural wood cabinetry with the performance of marine-grade polymer. It never needs painting, staining, or sealing, won't rust or corrode like metal can in coastal climates, and doesn't require the foundation work that masonry demands.
How customizable is an Agora outdoor kitchen?
Fully modular. Mix layouts, configurations, finishes, and accessories to fit your space. Multiple island sizes are available, from compact grill stations to full outdoor kitchens.
Which grills and appliances are compatible with Agora cabinets?
Agora cabinets are built to vent and fit grills according to manufacturer specifications. Compatible brands include Twin Eagles, Lynx, DCS, Jackson Grills, Napoleon, Crown Verity, Kamado cookers and more.
What about countertops?
Countertops accommodate a wide range of stone and porcelain surfaces, giving you the flexibility to choose the look and material that best suits your space.
Do I need a contractor?
Many homeowners assemble Agora cabinets themselves thanks to the LockDowel system. Any utility hookups for gas, plumbing, or electrical should always be handled by a licensed professional.
