Fuel Your Mood
One grill, three ways to cook. Once the Pellet Module is installed, fuel stops being a decision you made at the store and becomes a decision you make per cook.
Gas when you want heat in seconds. Pellets when you want twelve hours of real wood smoke. Or both at once — start low over smoke, finish hot on gas, and get a reverse sear that a single-fuel grill simply can't do.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Pellet Module included with the grill?
No, it's sold separately. You can buy both together and convert straight away, or start with the grill and add the module later — the mounting points are already built in either way.
Will the Pellet Module fit a Baron I already own?
Only Pellet Ready models are built to take it. If your Baron isn't from this collection, the mounting and control connections won't be there. Send us your model number and we'll check before you order.
Can I still use it as a normal gas grill after fitting the module?
Yes. Gas Mode is one of the three cooking modes, so the grill still lights and runs on propane exactly as it did before. Adding the module gives you options; it doesn't take the gas grill away.
How long does a hopper of pellets last?
The hopper holds 15 lb. Burn rate depends entirely on temperature — low smoking temperatures sip pellets and will run most of the way through an overnight brisket, while high-heat cooking burns through them far faster.
What is Hybrid Mode?
Hybrid Mode runs both fuels in sequence: you start low over pellet smoke to build flavour, then finish over high-heat gas to develop a crust. It's the reverse-sear method, and it's the main reason a hybrid beats owning a gas grill and a smoker separately.
Do I still need a propane tank?
Yes, for Gas and Hybrid modes. Pellet Mode runs on wood alone, but you'll want gas connected for everyday grilling and for the high-heat finish in Hybrid Mode.
