Industrial duty platinum resistance thermometer probe includes 6 ft. stainless steel shielding and rated to 475˚F.

The Meat Probe can be used in combination with the Y Cable on Flame Boss 300 or EGG Genius Controllers to monitor multiple meats. Use the following configurations:

  • 2 Meats: Requires one additional Meat Probe and one Y Cable Adapter. 
  • 3 Meats: Requires two additional Meat Probes and two Y Cables.

We reserve the right to ship either Flame Boss or Big Green EGG Meat Probes. They are the same Probes, just different packaging. Big Green EGG part number: 121363.
