The Blaze LTE+ 32" 4 burner, built for the water. Most stainless grills, Blaze’s included, are made from 304 stainless steel, which holds up fine in a backyard but pits and rusts when it lives in salt air. The Marine Grade LTE+ is made from 316L stainless steel instead, the grade used on boats, and it’s built without exposed weld seams on the stainless parts, since a weld is the first place saltwater finds its way in. If your grill is going on a dock, a boat, a beachside kitchen or a poolside island, this is the one.
Under the hood it cooks like every other LTE+. Four cast 316L stainless steel burners put out 14,000 BTU each, 56,000 BTU across the grates, and a 10,000 BTU infrared rear burner handles the rotisserie. Heat zone separators let you run a hot side and a holding side at once, flame-stabilizing grids spread the heat evenly and tame flare-ups, and a full-width drip tray slides out the front for cleanup.
For cooking after dark, there are lights inside the hood and illuminated knobs that change colour when a burner is lit, so you can see what’s on at a glance. The double-lined hood has a lift assist, so it opens with one hand while the other holds the tongs.
