Removable separators split the cooking surface into four zones that each hold their own temperature, so chicken and vegetables can cook at once and land on the table together. Pull the separators out when you want one open surface.
There's room for eighteen burgers, plus a warming rack above to hold the first batch while the second cooks.
The grates are heavy — 9 mm triangular stainless — so they hold their heat for consistent sear marks.
Everything else is built to stay out of your way. Push-and-turn ignition with a secondary flashtube system. A drip tray that slides out the front at waist height. A lid that settles shut instead of slamming. Solid 304 stainless, covered by a lifetime warranty.
