The LTE PRO is the top of Blaze's built-in line, and this size is the one we'd steer most families toward. It fits an island or a cart without taking over the patio, and you give up nothing to the bigger 40" version except one burner. The taller hood fits a 10 lb turkey or a rotisserie roast without fighting the lid, and the rear burner, rotisserie kit, and two meat probes all come in the box.
The grates are where you'll feel the difference. The LTE PRO uses 12 mm hexagonal stainless grates — a noticeable step up in thickness from the 9 mm rods on Blaze's LTE+ grills. Thick grates hold heat, and held heat is what puts a proper sear on a steak instead of steaming it grey. Underneath them, stainless flame tamers spread heat evenly across all four zones and turn drippings into flavour instead of flare-ups.
Then there's the control panel. A digital display shows you the actual grill surface temperature and reads from both meat probes, so you can close the lid and trust the numbers. The knobs glow red when gas is flowing. Interior lights switch on automatically when you lift the lid — which you'll appreciate every evening from September on. The hood is spring-assisted and closes softly, and grease runs to a full-length tray that pulls out from the front.
