Product Description
Some cooking needs more than a side burner. A crawfish boil. A stockpot of corn for the whole street. A wok that's supposed to be screaming hot. A fried turkey at Thanksgiving. That's what a power burner is for, and this one packs 60,000 BTUs into a slot barely wider than a single side burner.
The trick is two burner rings, each with its own control. The inner ring runs 25,000 BTUs — enough to hold a sauce at a steady simmer. The outer ring adds 35,000 for big pans and skillets. Light both and you've got the full 60,000 for boiling and frying. Blaze says it brings water to a boil in about half the time of comparable power burners, and a stainless guard around the rings blocks wind and keeps the heat under the pot where it belongs.
What we like most is the wok ring. Pull out the centre section of the cooking grid and a round-bottom wok sits right down in the flame — the kind of high heat stir-fry you can't get on a kitchen stove.
The knobs glow red when gas is flowing, a full-width drip tray slides out for cleanup, and a removable stainless cover keeps the weather off between cooks. It's built in 304 stainless to match the Premium LTE+ grills.
