The Baron 520 Pro Shadow is a five-burner gas grill built for everything from a weeknight dinner to a weekend feast. Five stainless steel Dual-Tube burners put out 45,000 BTU across 570 square inches of primary cooking space, 780 with the stainless warming rack, and a 10,000 BTU side burner handles the sauce or the corn. Linear-flow valves give you 180° of travel on each knob, so low means low.
The grids are solid stainless steel and reversible: pointed side up for sear marks, V-channel side up to catch drippings and baste the meat as it cooks. Under them, a full-coverage 304 stainless Flav-R-Wave vaporizes drippings for flavour and keeps flare-ups down. The cook box is cast aluminum, so it won’t rust, and the lid is porcelain-enameled with cast aluminum end caps.
Sure-Lite electronic ignition gets it going every time, and blue LED lights in the control knobs show you the settings after dark. Stainless steel drop-down side shelves fold out of the way on a tight deck. The black powder-coated steel cabinet holds the tank, with a propane tank holder and tool hooks built in. Four 3" locking casters.
