The Regal S 590 Pro Infrared gives you three ways to cook on one grill, with room for a crowd. Five stainless steel Dual-Tube burners put out 55,000 BTU across 625 square inches of primary cooking space, 995 square inches in total with the warming racks and side burner grid. A 15,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner, with the rotisserie kit included, turns a chicken or a roast over even heat from behind. A 10,000 BTU infrared side burner reaches searing temperatures on its 8 mm solid stainless steel grid, and simmers a sauce just as well.

Nearly everything you touch is stainless steel. The Apex cooking grids, the full-coverage 304 stainless Flav-R-Wave that vaporizes drippings for flavour and limits flare-ups, the 304 stainless cook box with cast aluminum end caps, the side shelves and the cabinet doors. The roll-action lid opens back rather than up, and Linear-flow valves give each knob 180° of travel for fine control from a hard sear down to a gentle hold.

Sure-Lite electronic ignition starts it every time. The control knobs are lit, and a removable handle light shines into the cook box, so the grill works as well in November as in July. An enclosed cabinet keeps the tank out of sight, with a pull-out tank drawer on the propane model. Four 3" locking casters.
