Product Description
The Royal 340 Shadow is a three-burner gas grill with the Broil King cooking system in a smaller footprint. Three stainless steel Dual-Tube burners put out 30,000 BTU across 350 square inches of primary cooking space, 520 in total with the stainless steel warming rack, and a 10,000 BTU cast iron side burner takes care of the sauce or a pot of corn. Linear-flow valves give each knob 180° of travel for fine control from a hard sear down to a gentle hold.
Heavy-duty cast iron cooking grids hold heat for sear marks and flip over for a second surface. Under them, the stainless steel Flav-R-Wave vaporizes drippings for flavour and limits flare-ups. The Therma-Cast aluminum oven won’t rust, and the lid is wrapped in stainless steel.
Sure-Lite electronic ignition starts it every time. Black drop-down side shelves with tool hooks fold out of the way on a tight deck, and the warming rack swings up and out of the way when you need the full grid. An enclosed cabinet with a black steel door and a rust-proof resin base holds the tank in a pull-out drawer. Two 7" wheels and two 2.5" locking casters.
