The Broil King Smoke Gas Cabinet runs a 15,000 BTU stainless steel burner under four cubic feet of cooking space, 770 square inches across four stainless steel grids you can move up or down, so a brisket on one shelf, ribs on another and a dozen sausages hanging from the sixteen meat hooks all go in at once. An adjustable rib and roast rack is in the box.
Sure-Lite electronic ignition starts the burner, and the gas valve plus cast aluminum Roto-Draft dampers hold the temperature where you set it for hours without tending a fire. Double-walled steel keeps the heat in, two steel doors with gaskets and an adjustable latch seal it, and the thermometer tells you where you are without opening up. The bottom door gives you the extra-large stainless smoke tray and water pan without disturbing the food above.
Four chrome tool hooks and a bottle opener on the side, four legs with levelers and two rear wheels for moving it.
