Char-Broil warrants its products against defects in workmanship and materials after correct assembly and under normal and reasonable home use from the date of original purchase, for the following period:

• All Parts: 2 years (perforation, manufacturing and material defects only)

Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Must be purchased from an authorized retailer. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty service. For use in the United States and Canada only.

Not covered: cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, corrosion, heat discoloration, surface rust, stainless steel discoloration), rust, paint, shipping costs, service calls, commercial use, damage from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, acts of God, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or removal and reinstallation costs.
