Char-Broil warrants that the components in your new Char-Broil® grill will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase, when properly assembled, operated, and maintained under normal residential use, normal wear and tear excluded, for the following periods:

Cooking Grates, Lid, and Firebox: 3 years, for perforation and manufacturing defects.
All Other Parts (including heating elements): 1 year, material and manufacturing defects.
