Product Description

Montreal Gold is a medium-coarse blend of cracked spices, garlic, onion and Himalayan pink salt that gives a steak a peppery, garlicky crust with real texture, whether it hits a hot grill or a cast iron pan.

Rub it into a striploin or sirloin before it rests, and give it time to work: about 30 minutes for a thin cut, an hour or more for a thick one. It’s just as good on burgers, chicken breast, pork tenderloin and fish, and it wakes up zucchini, peppers, broccoli and roast potatoes. Stir it into goat cheese or a dip, or mash it into butter for the top of a steak.
