Grease Management System reduces flare-ups by channeling grease and oils away from burner flames during grilling.

Heavy-duty infrared rotisserie burner provides controlled searing heat up to 14,000 BTU, with a motor capable of turning a 50 lb load. The rotisserie rod stores conveniently under the drip pan handle.
