Dekko® warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when installed and maintained in accordance with Dekko's installation guidelines, for the following periods:

Propane & Natural Gas Outdoor Fire Pits

  • Stainless Steel Burners: Lifetime (residential & commercial)
  • Stainless Steel Components & Flex Lines: 5 years residential / 1 year commercial
  • Electronic Components & Gas Valves: 3 years residential / 1 year commercial
  • Pilot Assembly: 2 years residential / 1 year commercial
  • Concrete Shell / Casing: 5 years (residential & commercial)
  • Accessories (glass media, lava rocks, covers, etc.): 1 year (residential & commercial)

Concrete Cladding (Interior & Exterior)

  • Concrete Cladding: 5 years

Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Installation must be performed by a licensed gas fitter or certified technician. Natural colour and texture variation, fine cosmetic cracking, and weathering patina in the concrete are expected characteristics and are not covered.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, weathering or colour changes, damage from misuse, vandalism, improper installation or maintenance, unauthorized modifications, acts of God, or application of unapproved coatings or sealers.
