The griddle needs somewhere to live. This cart is built for the ENOSIGN 65 specifically — right height, right footprint — and it solves the two problems every outdoor cook has: where the propane tank goes, and where you put the plate of raw chicken while you're cooking.

The tank sits inside the cabinet, out of sight. A sliding shelf on either side gives you landing space for platters and tongs, then slides away when you want the cart narrower, and a rail along the side keeps the spatula and scraper within reach instead of on the ground. Inside there's more storage for the oil, the scourer and everything else that would otherwise come back indoors after every meal.

Large wheels and swivel casters mean you can roll it across a patio or lawn and turn it into a corner.
