Product Description

The BERGERAC 2400 is the compact one in ENO's most popular line. It's 24 inches across with a 7 mm cast iron plate and two burners you control separately, so you can keep one side hot and one side gentle. It feeds six to eight people and reaches 680°F for a proper sear. Cast iron holds that heat, so once it's up to temperature you can turn the burners down and keep cooking.

The enamel finish is sealed and smooth, so cleanup is a scrape into the drip tray and a scrub with a stainless scourer — it comes back looking new. The plate is warrantied for life.

A natural gas conversion kit is available separately.

ENO Plancha Limited Warranty

ENO® warrants that its plancha griddles will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of original purchase, when used and maintained in accordance with the accompanying Owner's Manual, for the following periods:

Enamelled Cast Iron Cooking Plate: Lifetime (re-enamelling in ENO workshops; domestic use only)
Burners & Heating Elements (gas & electric models): 10 years
Casing (stainless steel & powder-coated galvanized steel) & All Other Components: 2 years

Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Must be purchased through an authorized ENO dealer. Use of a domestic plancha for commercial or professional purposes voids the warranty. Proof of purchase and serial number are required to process any warranty claim.

Not covered: aesthetic imperfections that do not affect performance, impact or accident damage to the cooking plate, UV damage, elemental or weather-related damage, improper use or maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or non-original ENO components.
