The Bergerac gas griddle is the robust and reliable reference for griddle on the market.

Equipped with a 1/4" thick enamelled Enameled cast iron hob guaranteed for life, this gas griddle ensures a homogeneous distribution of heat, guaranteeing perfect cooking results with each use and easy cleaning thanks to its high edges. The power of the 3 High Efficiency Dual Ramp Burners allows for a quick temperature rise to 680°F for perfect searing of meats, fish, vegetables.

Easy to use with the precise control buttons, the temperature rise is very fast and allows you to make good food for everyone.

It is available in stainless steel or steel, to be placed on the cart of your choice or as an integrated combo.

Compatible with natural gas or liquid propane.

Includes: Propane Hose & Regulator

ENO Plancha Limited Warranty

ENO® warrants that its plancha griddles will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of original purchase, when used and maintained in accordance with the accompanying Owner's Manual, for the following periods:

Enamelled Cast Iron Cooking Plate: Lifetime (re-enamelling in ENO workshops; domestic use only)
Burners & Heating Elements (gas & electric models): 10 years
Casing (stainless steel & powder-coated galvanized steel) & All Other Components: 2 years

Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Must be purchased through an authorized ENO dealer. Use of a domestic plancha for commercial or professional purposes voids the warranty. Proof of purchase and serial number are required to process any warranty claim.

Not covered: aesthetic imperfections that do not affect performance, impact or accident damage to the cooking plate, UV damage, elemental or weather-related damage, improper use or maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or non-original ENO components.
