The SS311T Smoker Probe uses a standard 1/2″ NPT threading, which is standard with most analog temperature dials/gauges (example this Tel-Tru). As such this probe can easily replace an analog dial using the existing threading in some smokers.

6 ft. cable, 2.5mm audio connector, 2 1/4 in. long probe, 4mm.

*Please note this probe threading is a tapered threading, designed to tighten without the use of any nuts*

All FireBoard temperature probes are covered by a six (6) month warranty period. Due to the extreme conditions most of the temperature probes perform in, it naturally becomes difficult to extend a longer warranty. The same limitations apply to the six (6) month warranty with respect to probe misuse or outside FireBoard’s probe specifications.
