HOW TO USE

1. Remove grill grates & fasten heat deflectors to manifold with braces

2. Attach front & back panels to pizza oven body (for 800 & 1050 only) & place in grill 

3. Place panels on side of pizza oven body (use panels labelled for compatible grill)

4. Set temperature on grill & close lid for preheating (550-650°F for optimal pizza oven temperature)
5. Cook up to a 14-inch pizza in under 5 minutes
