The Elevation X puts a high-definition video of a real fire behind the logs. An LCD rear panel plays gas or wood flame footage, layered with Napoleon’s multi-layer flame effect in front, over a set of hand-painted split oak logs that glow. Built-in speakers add the crackle. It’s the most convincing electric fire Napoleon makes.
You get two looks in one unit: brick panels with the wood flames, or MIRRO-FLAME reflective panels with the logs and no flame for an always-on glow. The ember bed modulates through five natural colours, and the top light has 13 standard colours with more combinations through the app.
Plug it into a standard 120V outlet for 5,000 BTU and 1,500W, or hardwire it to a dedicated 240V circuit for 10,000 BTU and 3,000W. Eco mode runs at reduced heat to save power; Boost mode turns up the heater and blower for a cold evening. The flame runs without heat for the warm months. Run it from the premium remote in the box, the Napoleon Home app, or by voice through Google Home or Alexa; an optional wall control is available.
No gas line or chimney needed. The firebox shares its framing with Napoleon’s Elevation Electric and Elevation gas fireplaces, so you can frame now and choose the fuel later. A finishing flange is included for a clean install, and an optional one-piece trim takes other finishing materials.
