Napoleon 10 Year Oasis Countertop Limited Warranty

Napoleon® warrants that the components in your new Napoleon® Oasis® Countertop will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase, when installed and maintained in accordance with the accompanying Owner's Manual, for the following period:

All Components (residential use): 10 years
All Components (commercial or communal use): 2 years

Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Must be purchased through an authorized Napoleon® dealer. Installation must be performed by a licensed, authorized service technician or contractor. Only genuine Napoleon® parts may be used.

Not covered: accessories or bonus items, damage caused by over-firing, scratches, dents, corrosion, deterioration of painted or plated finishes, heat discoloration, abrasive or chemical cleaner damage, UV exposure, chipping of porcelain enamel, grease fires, hail, hostile environments (salt or chlorine), lack of cleaning and maintenance, misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modifications or conversions.
