With the pure grilling power of Napoleons infrared side burner, it can be a little difficult to maintain the cast iron grill.  With the Stainless steel side burner, you don't have to worry about seasoning and maintaining it, and you still get those otherworldly sear marks.  Simply remove the old grate and place the new one on. It's as simple as that!
