Flip it over and you've got a second cooking surface for whatever's next.

It's 100% cast iron, so it holds heat and spreads it evenly, and it comes pre-seasoned and ready to cook. It works on the grill, in the oven, on a gas, electric, glass or induction stovetop, or over a campfire, and the short handles make it easy to carry from the grill to the table. Rinse it with water, dry it well and oil it now and then, and it'll outlast the grill.
