The Navigator 1300 puts 1,329 square inches of cooking space on two porcelain-coated steel grids under a roll-top lid, enough for a brisket, a few racks of ribs and a tray of wings at the same time. A 30 lb hopper feeds it through the longest overnight smokes without a refill, and the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth control board pairs with the Pit Boss Grills app so you can set the temperature and check both probes from inside the house.
The touchscreen controller holds 180°F to 500°F in 5° steps, fine enough to park a smoke exactly where you want it. Slide the Flame Broiler lever open and the burn pot is exposed for direct-flame searing up to 1,000°F. Fan-forced convection keeps the heat even across both grids, the rapid igniter gets you cooking faster, and two meat probes come in the box for tracking two cuts at once.
The prep station is built into the grill. A fold-down front shelf and a solid side shelf give you room to work, with a paper towel holder, a trash bag holder, a removable cutting board, tool hooks and a bottle opener where you need them. The bottom shelf holds pellet bags and tools. For cleanup, the pellet cleanout sits under the hopper so gravity empties it, the undermount burn pot lifts out for ash, and the grease tray is a simple pull-out. Tall, tapered legs put the grates at a height that's easy on your back.
