Product Description
This is Pit Boss's first cordless pellet grill: a built-in battery runs the auger, fan and controller for up to 15 hours on a charge, so it goes to the campsite, the tailgate, the cottage dock or the back of the truck. When there's power nearby, plug it in and save the battery.
It cooks like a full-size pellet grill, just smaller. The 256 square inch grates hold about 13 burgers, the controller runs from 180°F to 500°F, and the Flame Broiler slide opens for direct-flame searing up to 1,000°F, so you can smoke a pork shoulder in the morning and sear steaks the same night. The 7 lb hopper holds enough hardwood pellets for a long cook without a refill, start-up and cool-down are automatic, and a meat probe comes in the box so you're not guessing on doneness.
At under 50 lb with two side handles and latches that lock the lid down, it travels like a cooler. Two porcelain-coated steel grates and a simple grease system make cleanup quick, and the included cover keeps it protected between trips.
