Product Description
The membrane on the back of a rack of ribs is the difference between tender and chewy, and peeling it with a butter knife and a paper towel is a slow, slippery job. This little tool does it in three moves. Slide the single end under the membrane at the second rib to open a gap, flip the tool around and slip the pointed end into that gap, then clamp down and pull. The whole sheet comes off in one go.
It's heavy-duty nylon polymer, small enough to live in the tool drawer, and works on pork and beef ribs alike. Measures 7.87" x 1.97" x 1.22".
