The innovative Flame Broiler Lever™ lets you switch between indirect heat and direct flame searing instantly. Cook low and slow from 180°F to 500°F, or sear over an open flame reaching up to 1,000°F. A 21 lb. hopper capacity, fuel viewing window, and easy pellet cleanout system keep you cooking longer with less interruption.
