Pit Boss 5 Year Limited Warranty

Dansons warrants that the components in your Pit Boss® hardwood pellet grill will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase, when assembled, operated, and maintained in accordance with the accompanying Owner’s Manual. Normal wear and tear excluded. Warranty coverage applies for the following periods:

  • All Grill Parts: 5 years against defects in materials and workmanship
  • Electrical Components: 5 years against defects in materials and workmanship

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, chips, discoloration), rust or oxidation (unless structural integrity is compromised), misuse, abuse, improper installation or maintenance, unauthorized modifications, environmental exposure, or commercial use.

Repair or replacement of any part does not extend the warranty beyond the original five (5) years from the date of purchase.
